Job Scope

​

• The Architect is primarily responsible to lead the coordination within the technical team (Structural, Architectural and M&E) in identifying and resolving design, specifications, construction methodology, sequencing and maintenance issues, balancing contractual obligations, statutory requirements, site progress and product workmanship while ensuring that timely progress of works on site with timely issuances of shop drawings.

• The Architect will also interface with the Consultants, Client and/or Authorities to ensure the timely resolution of such issues.  

• Leads the coordination of the technical departments within the office.

• Drives and Monitors the production of schematic design, design development and construction documents i.e. shop drawings, material approval, mock-ups etc

• Collaborate with Architect and consultants to amicably resolve design and technical issues

• Drive to improve the skillsets of the technical departments through trainings and knowledge sharing
